NANA on the Beach, located at the Armação Beach Club in Armação de Pêra, overlooking the ocean and the nature reserve, has reopened for the season, “filled with Greek flavours and the simplicity of homemade Mediterranean-inspired food”.
The menu is “ideal for sharing dishes, relaxed lunches and late-afternoon meals at the beach”.
Some of last year’s “favourites” are still on the menu, such as the various Mediterranean dips: slightly spicy feta cheese or chickpeas with tahini and smoked paprika, accompanied by homemade pita bread; the aubergine mille-feuille, goat’s cheese cream and herb olive oil and the burrata salad with a selection of tomatoes, asparagus, avocado and olives. Other classic specialities are the Orzos (rice-shaped pasta fried with semolina flour) with lamb meatballs and the Moussaka of veal and lamb with aubergine.
A wide selection of refreshing drinks and wines complement the menu, as well as live entertainment for a “relaxed, summery, beachside atmosphere”.
NANA on the Beach, by Vila Vita Parc, is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10am to 10pm. Reservations can be made at ResDiary.com and the whole menu can be consulted here.
