Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has delayed his visit to Portugal, scheduled for Friday October 6, due to a visit to Zamora in Spain also having been cancelled. The original plan was for Mr Zelenskyy to take part in the Arraiolos Summit in Porto which will be attended by 14 European heads of State, including the presidents of Hungary, Germany and Poland. The invitation was extended by President Marcelo during his recent visit to Ukraine.
