Teia d’Impulsos, an association based in Portimão, is raising goods for babies in need during the Christmas season, “fulfilling its role of social responsibility for Portimão’s community”.
The goods raised through the “Entre Fraldas e Afectos” campaign will be donated to the Children and Youth Support Centre at Portimão’s Hospital.
According to the association, this nucleus features “a multidisciplinary team whose main function is to identify children and young people in situations of risk, abuse or mistreatment”.
The goods most in need are nappies, baby wipes, powdered milk, baby food, hygiene and childcare products, and newborn clothes.
Contributions can be left under the association’s Christmas tree on the first floor of the Espaço Raiz on R. Francisco Daniel in Portimão until December 15.
